To God be the glory, Reverend Wesley Woods and the Hebrews Gospel Singers originated in Houston, Texas under the industry recording label of G.C. Productions. This "soul stirring" gospel group was founded in 1994. This dynamic group recorded their first album, "Call Your Name" in 1996. From then on God has really blessed the ministry of Rev Wesley Woods and the Hebrews Gospel Singers. For over 12 years of giving the Lord, God all the praises in songs.

The group features head vocalist Rev Wesley Woods. He's been singing God praises for over 30 plus years. Along with that he is an anointed man of God. Presently he is the Assistant Pastor. The group also features the angelic sounds of background vocalist of Ola Waters who is a faithful member of Christ Way MBC of Houston, Texas and Alberta Williams who is the lead and background vocalist and is a member of Greater New Elijah MBC of Missouri City, Texas and Lois Bethel as a dynamic background vocalist, she also attends Greater New Elijah MBC of Missouri City, Texas and last but not least Rev Roy Harrison, he is a "soul stirring" background vocalist and a minister of Saint Rest MBC of Houston, Texas.

The Hebrews Gospel Singers has been blessed with anointed musicians Brother Deon Spencer White, the awesome keyboard player. He attends and plays at Christ Way MBC of Houston, Texas and Brother Joseph Morris Jr., the organist of the group and is a faithful member. He also assists the church. The group also features Brother Christian Kelley the blessed drummer of the group and is a faithful member. He also assists the church.

The group has received many awards and were nominated for a stellar award (Traditional Quartet Group) for their hit CD "Sinner Man". They have produced many other great CD's to name a few are "Tired Of Running Away From The Lord" and "We Made It At Last".

They have been blessed to sing on the Gospel Explosion in Houston, Texas with more talent, to name a few Lee Williams and Spiritual QC's, Rev Slim Hunt and the Supreme Angels, The Canton Spiritual and Keith "Wonder Boy" Johnson.

This anointed group has been singing God's praises all over the land. Radio stations all over the country are playing their music. In June 2006 their latest CD, "Live In Houston" was released. This group is on the move for the Lord knowing that all their help and blessings come from the Lord of God. To God be the Glory!

Rev Wesley Woods and the Hebrews Gospel Singers gives credit to their Heavenly Father for their gifts and talents and would like to dedicate their music to their families, friends and listeners that believe in them.

I would like to give thanks to all our friends and our fans. Special thanks to our Church, New Elijah Missionary Baptist Church of Houston, TX and our Pastor Rev. L. Brown. A very special thank you to Deacon Willie Walker and Rose Walker of Miami, Florida. Deacon Walker is the writer of our title song "Call Your Name", "We Made It At Last", "Jesus Died", and "Oh Lord Have Mercy On Me". The song "When I Met Jesus", written by Wesley Woods and "I Don't Know What Jesus Is To You". The song "Sinner Man" was written by Wesley Woods and from our latest CD "Live in Houston" , the song "He's Still Here" was written by Wesley Woods.

A very special thanks to my wife Francine Woods who has been very supportive in my Gospel singing and to my late sister Georgia Madden, of Rochester, NY whom we laid to rest in December 2000, was very inspirational in my life and my singing.
